Boat hire- Chichester Harbour area

I am desperate to get some time on the water this year, but am unable to use my boat. ( my licence temporarily surrendered following surgery) I am fit enough to use a boat, but d.v.l.a have arbitrary rules! My family are staying near Chichester harbour during the last week in August. Does anyone know of a small boat with (outboard )hirer in the area ? I have experience of the area and eastern Solent in my own boat, and all necessary safety kit.
Not looking for anything flash, just seaworthy!
