i pick up my new boat friday after noon so i need to insure it after looking
at the last thread on insurance i contacted three companys mardon craft insure and compton
compton was £346.00 8k boat
mardon was £256.00 8k boat
craftinsure £192.00 8k boat

all have the same terms ie locks wheel clamps so on
compton is the company my boss is useing for 300k 42ft fairline
and when i told them craftinsure price they said i should go with craftinsure as they are very good

£192.00 for a year i think i will drive the boat to work from how on

My renewal has just come in this morning at £204 with Bishop Skinner.

Includes 20% NCD and discounts for both RYA and RNLI Offshore Membership.

Looks like I don't need to shop around.

I'm with craft insure; they were the cheapest I could find after quite a bit of searching. There is a thread on here about them somewhere, I think it was agreed that they were quite reputable.
