Boat manipulating kit needed

An acquaintance wants to buy the following kit - any pointers for a good UK supplier or someone selling used would be appreciated - Thanks!

2 x 10 ton toe jacks
A quantity of Skates with 10-12 wheels - c.5-10 tons rating each
A quantity of Twin Wheeled Castors - 5 ton capacity each

Bit of heavy shifting to do, apparently
