Boat Names, MMSI, Callsigns?

I found a handy website last year that listed every boat that was registered with a government boat safety scheme like the MCGA or Offcom, it gave infomation such as Boat name, MMSI numbers, Callsigns and basic info on the craft.

Now I can't find it in my favs. and I've done some extensive searches and can't find it anywhere. Anyone help me?
