Is it me having a bad week but I have used B&O site successfully over the years & had good success.

The service has been appalling this time. I paid 10 GBP which is fair enough but my ad has not been published. The payment was made 4 days ago & I can see it sitting on my credit card account & all I get from B&O is a standard inaccurate email saying I have not paid so no ad.

Anyone got a number I can actually speak to a human on or anyone here actually know anyone there. Service like this is terrible & the site will soon go downhill. Or has their admin centre relocated to Eastern Europe?

Better still, any alternative sites out there I can try?

Although in my experience only takes you through to a Friday-Ads switchboard. Not a great experience - even as a trade advertiser at £88 a month.
