Bought a New Rib
It all started at the Sough Hampton Boat Show 2023 where I rather liked the XPRO 535 from 3D Tender. The key thing for us it that it will fit on an unbraked trailer. We pondered over it while on Holiday in Lanzarote and decided to make the 720 mile round trip to Cornwall to have a better look. The upshot is I have placed an order for the Boat Package and trailer which includes the Boat, Front Console, Leaning seat, Cover and the Extreme EXT750 Swing trailer. I also ordered the B02 rear seat. Including delivery I will pay the Special Boatshow price. I have not ordered an engine but will fit my own once I have decided what to put on her. The Rib is only plated to 75hp but it is a light narrow boat and I will be happy with that.
Here are a few pics from our trip to Ocean First Marine the UK Distributor

I can happily report you've bought a great hull - I ran one for five years or so, was then badged as a Defender.
Actually built by a company called Delta Bay - Deltabayboats,Boats,Fish boats,Delta Bay Limited
I used mine in some pretty challanging conditions and the hull performed well, the seat covers not so and lasted about 3 years, stored inside!
Ran mine with a 90 susuki as fitted at purchase, there's various threads and plenty of pictures on them;

Well it got Delivered today. Top Notch service from Ocean First Marine. Delivery from Cornwall all the Way to Suffolk UK included in the Price. Paid small Deposit on order and rest by Bank Transfer on Delivery yesterday.
It is rather cold so poor girl is covered in frost. This is how it was delivered.
I ordered the Standard Package plus an additional rear seat and Extreme Trailer.

It is only rated to 75 hp. I am very much a 2 stroke man and have an old 70 hp Yamaha 2 stroke looking for a home. At the moment this is what will be going on her.

Slowly moving forward with the new rib. Erected the ‘workshop’ to build and fit her out in yesterday. This is a Dancover Party Shelter which is 6 m x 3 m. I have had it a while but they are still only £340 to buy. They are good as you can obviously work on the boat in not so good weather and don’t have to clear all you tools etc up at the end of each day. We have used this before on another boat and it works well. It is nice and light and you can even put a heater in it if you wish. Little video below

I can recommend Dancover, I bought one last year when I had to do some work on my RIB, very well constructed on the whole. I did have to add some better diamond stays for both gable ends and due to the exposure where I had it near my workshop, I placed a 1000ltr IBC on each corner and strapped the frame down to them, happy to say it withstood every winter gale with some gusts hitting 60mph !!

Yes they are very good. I am lucky in that mine at the moment is in quite a sheltered spot but I have still added 6 tie downs via spiral ground spikes and ratchet straps

So moving forward with the 3D Tender XPro 535 build we have worked out that the layout of the three main pieces will fit and also done the first job which was to fit the Ultraflex Helm and steering wheel

Managed to source what I hope will be an excellent outboard for the new XPro 535. A rather nice Yamaha 75 hp 2 stroke 2005 model. Here is me and Her Indoors fitting it

nice job, did you mount the engine centrally or off set to stop the boat being thrown over to one side by torque from the engine?
Also looks like you need to modify the bow roller so it support some the boats weight - if you look at the photo of the one you looked at in Cornwall you'll not the roller bracket is different to the one supplied.

The mounting position is interesting. This is a relatively small motor (75HP) so not to concerned about torque. I mounted it centrally and not doing so would have caused other issues. One of the deciding factors on this was that my friend with a 140 hp on his rib had it mounted offset and he just had it changed and mounted centrally. I will look at the bow roller
