I bet that your boats are only one with jockey seats.

Mine was the only one in Tisno. Many Italian RIB boats Med style.
Quite a lot veru expensive ZAR RIB boats (very often 53 or 63 models).

I was told that these submarine pens are from 2-nd WW.
Many people call them Ubot pens

If you go to Kornati I do recommend these coordinates:

N43 49.224 E15 14.982

It is Lojena beach (sand and blue water)

Lojena on google map

Restaurants called "konobas" at desert islands including Kornati have wonderful Sea Food. Next time let me know if you go to Croatia or Greece. Be happy to join (if you don't mind). Have great vacation.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

And try to visit this spot in the Kornati:

https://goo.gl/maps/KDr3T6yiPvN2

The best sand beach and Sea in Croatia (for me).
You can buy tickets to visit National Park Kornati on line on the Kornati Web Siite. It costs 300 KUN (local currency). At Kornati it costs 500 KUN.

There is button-link near basket "buy online here"

What water temp. do you have now ?
I'm thinking to go to Croatia (Tisno) after 1 week (end of August).
I have seen weather forecast for this period like 28 C max (22 at night)

Water temp is a consistent 26C. We've had wind & thunderstorms for the last couple days, but it's calmed down now & normal service has been resumed[emoji106]Click image for larger version

To be fair, if you took the sun & warm water away from the Croatian islands, you could be on the Scottish west coast.

If you are heading home after La spezia rather than schmoozing along the marinas along the south of France, I don't the Frejus tunnel much better than Mont Blanc,,, then up to Calais via Dijon. ,,,, oh I forgot, you go over, not through, mountains you two 😅

Nice trip. Italy is expensive and I was near death from starvation (couldn't find restaurant open before 7 PM) but nice. We were at Laggo Magiare a few y ago (with inflatable only) and next to we went to Greece from Venice.

So you have really intensive trip.
I was sure that you stay much longer at "Dugi Otok".
It is too early but how do you find Croatia ?
Will you repeat trip next year ?

Dugi Otok is great, but 2 weeks is too long in one place. It was getting repetitive tbh. I find the same with Oban, one week in a boat base is long enough for me, then I need to move on, otherwise you have to keep travelling further & further to find new ground. I could recommend it for 1 week. Great campsite ideally placed with great sheltered moorings, bargain @ 5€/night for the moorings.

In Greece Peloponese, even Ionian you have better price for mooring ZERO !!!

Tisno is well located. You can make trip to waterfall KRK, to Sibenik, to Kornati, along Pasman, ... even long trip to Hvar (100 km)
