Bouncer & Black Pig go to Croatia

Well, after an epic 1130 mile drive over 2 days & 5 countries, Bouncer & Black Pig are safely on their moorings, home for the next 2 weeks. Currently 38C with 27C water temp. The trip down wasn't without its moments, a blocked alpine tunnel & an optimistic Satnav brought us over the Lobit pass. Apparently there are signs at the bottom in German ffs[emoji849], prohibiting trailers over 750kg from using the pass. There's a police post at the top, handing out €25 fines to miscreants, I thought we should have got a medal[emoji15]!!

Where exactly you are in Croatia ?
How long will you stay ?
I do plan to be in Tisno (Croatia) in last week of the August (or last 10 days)

Have good time
I do have only 1400 km from Warsaw to Tisno and do it with one stay at Gratz or Viena.
You arrived at worst possible time. All German/Italian/Polish people go at once to Croatia this time. Much better is period after 20th of August

How did you deal with changes in tube pressures? As soon as I crossed Alps I've had to deflate during the day, but then everything was floppy in the evenings. Then I've had to pump it back up again when on the water...

Thought I was doing well after a 300 mile round trip to Ullapool.

Enjoy your holiday. £10 says this was on your road trip playlist!

Hmm breaking new ground, managing towing and boats when it's a hobby and not routine, planning and prep? Maybe all that and more. Nice one chaps hope the boating goes well [emoji1][emoji106]

😂😂😂
Towing a sizeable rig across Europe with the opportunity to explore, dive and fish new blue seas in wall to wall sunshine is definitely an adventure in my book

That's just what we said, it could easily have been 10X that, so not a bad result really.
