Looking at buying a used 2015 Brig inflatable 300f. Cannot find hardly any information any feedback anybody's personal experiences on how good these boats really are. Any help would be appreciated

You'll find plenty of thoughts about Brig as a company, if not the specific model, by searching the forum. There are however some seemingly* happy owners in the UK who bought a cheap boat with the expectations that it would be a cheap boat.

* I always treat with suspicion owners reviews as rarely does anyone post up saying "I just made a terrible mistake".

I don't think I'm very good at searching the forum Poly. I'm thinking of getting a Brig too so any genuine experience of them would be useful, but searching produces nothing, which I guess is what the OP has found too.

Sometimes, no news is bad news. There is a USA based repair guy on here who has had bad experiences sticking them back together again:

My personal opinion, and it's just personal, and it's just an opinion, is that they are a pile of poo...

Good link, cheers willk. No reason for me to buy one apart from liking the seating layout of one particular boat so the search continues...
