AFAIK there is only diesel at Brixham. I think there's petrol at Torquay (South Pier) though.

Petrol is available in Torquay and I'd have said that was closer than Dartmouth

Petrol is available in Torquay. Its run by Riviera boats whose number is 01803 294509. Give 'em a ring because I'm not sure if its a seasonal thing.

Just a word of warning.........
I have heard numerous people round here saying the people that do fuel on torquay quayside are unreliable to say the least. It is definitely worth a phone call to check are going to be around.

It's because they never answer the VHF when called for fuel. I've been told to always use the phone number as the radio is a waste of time to call them.
I think it's over a £1 ltr now from there.

Blimey! ...it's not even that much in Dartmouth! The same bloke now owns both the Dartmouth and Salcombe fuel barges so he kind of has the monopoly.

hi ya
Petrol is available in Torquay at a premium, last year they were charging £1.10 a litre
The other is the fuel barge in the Dart, which is cheaper

I'll start with
I don't keep my boat in either
I am not affiliated or even live in either area
Advertised prices at both Torquay and dartmouth last season were both over a quid
Dartmouth, if you were buying in BIG bulk offered better discount for cash
Both dartmouth and Torquay werrwe always available during thier advertised hours
Of course this is just my experience of Both

Forget calling TQY FUELby VHF, use the mobile. They are open all the time but you may have to ring about 5 times before they answer!!
