Brixham to Totnes in our 4.5m Rib

Yesterday was day 2 of the Southwest Sports boat Rally and off we all went from Brixham to Totnes on the River Dart. The Dart is a stunningly beautiful river and if you time the tides right you can easily get to Totnes. Here is a little video of our trip with the 20 other boats

"Her indoors" was correct Dennis, that was Dittasham. The pink building is the Ferry Boat Inn, good pint and decent food if it's not too busy. Little bit further up towards Totnes is the Harbourne River, up there is The Maltsters Arms, great pub, great beer and food but only reachable an hour either side of high tide.

Thanks for the confirmation. We have bought our little blow up canoe so might launch from Dittasham and have a paddle as the wind is now quite strong and still from the east so quite rough in Torbay. It seems to drop in the evening though so we can go for a sunset cruise to Torquay for fish and chips 😁

Thanks for the info

Stoke Gabriel is another good place to go with your canoe.
