Broken Airdam on my Mariner

Hi, I got the below Mariner engine but the one of the 4 mouldings in which the bolt is holdng the airdam on the cover keeps snapping off ... It's clearly the vibration causing it and I wonder what I can do about it ....
I was thinking to either glue it or just put a bolt through which doesn't look that nice)

Any idea ? txs Huib
