yep, i've replaced a complete tapered cone end, i did some grp stuff and a console for the second owner and i see it in portland last year and it had been altered again, i'd love to take money off you but i don't think you would get much of a cabin on it, you need all the weight up the back of that boat to get it to run right, i could have a look but the engine amidships won't help matters

Ok thanks Biffer
If i could just replace the wheelhouse it has with a decent one would look alot better.
What do you suggest i should do?
Replace the wheelhouse or return it to centre console then?
Thanks

don't take this the wrong way but when i see it in portland they were using it for fishing and it looked a right mess, i would need to have a proper look at it now and sea trial to see what they have done with it, i built an engine box with the seat on top of it and then a console just in front, i'm thinking that would be best, do you want or need a cabin, the other thing is you could have the console over the engine and bolster type seating, thats what it had when it was new

Yes they have done a bad diy job to it.
Just would like to get it looking has it should again.
The rib is 1995 so dont want to spend loads on her.
Got her mainly for rib and engine which works great and alot of money has been spent on the engine/hydrolics and rib side but just a shame they changed it!
She does even with the cabin forward get up easy but its like a brick for design!
