Caledonian canal trip info required

Anybody ever done the full length trip in a rib/sib etc, if so what are the requirements and is there fuel stops on the way within walking distance,any b&b or camping near by also any other info greatly recieved.

Did it in a day on the Round Britain 08 race, so can't help much with those details - I can tell you that the Lochs don't have speed limits though! It is also a fantastic trip, have a great time!

Did the Caley Canal this year and spent a week at Fort Augustus/Loch ness with the RIB. Really enjoyed it, flat calm, stunning scenery and fresh water great for the engines!!
