Can this be patched

Hi all currently looking at a humber rib. It has had the Hull anti fouled along with the rear of the tubes. I also notice this (see phot) can it be patched or will it need a retube boat is 13 yrs old circa £8500. Couldn't see any damage to hull, but may get a survey if I get serious. TIA Phil

That is just the attachment tape so not integral to the airtightness of the tubes & usually a fairly easy repair, in this case made more difficult because of the fairlead or fender right next to it which would need lifting to do a proper repair. What would concern me more is the fact the tubes look painted & the hull looks badly painted too. Tube paint is usually a last roll of the dice before a retube. Maybe some wider pictures would help
