Caribe RIBs

Anyone know much about these? After spending quite some time looking at rotomoulded boats and even sea testing one Ive been offered a Caribe 13 with a 30hp mariner 2 stroke. Its a lovely looking boat, and is well within budget. hypalon tubes too.

I was just wondering what peoples thoughts of this sort of rig would be.

EDIT
should have clarified - aiming two to three up rides in the solent, perhaps an IOW circling adventure at some point. Not keen on skiing or anything silly - ive owned a zapcat and so had my thrills as far as high speed and getting soaked go!

you cant go wrong with a caribe, very high quality, you can see it in there workmanship. everything is overbuilt. I owned a couple of ten foot dinghys. they seamed like a real boat as opposed to a inflatable boat. both of them were nice deep ve hulls. and you felt like you were sitting inside the boat. cant say enough good things about them, hope this helps
