Changing from a sib to a Rib

I am wanting to change from a sib to a rib in the future what advice is there out there thinking about a Humber 6.3 but do you go for single or twin motors.

Where abouts will you be using the boat?

Pros and cons for both, if you have a search I think a thread already covers the single or twin debate.

Would use around UK costal eg Oban, Anglsey, North sea ,Loch Lomond looks like the single option would be the best bet.

I know some lads on the West coast of Scorland prefer twins if operating in remote waters.
Obviously with twins you can if you chose have two completely independant systems, twice the cost though although you've got a back up.

Some people carry an aux.
