Shame he hasn't given any more info like size etc. Oh and a picture of one inflated might have been a help.

Would be nice to see how it makes a swimming pool as he suggests.

Cut the top off and it'd be a hell of a water toy for Pressman to tow

The pallet under it looks like a standard Euro- the pallet edge showing should be 800mm.

That's almost not a silly thought-I wonder what gear is on them?

Probably dried cabbage extract and some bottles of Vodka. There could be some proper beta lights or other interesting kit though.....

It only went for £30 and he's got loads of them. I almost want to buy one because of the price but I can't justify it

So Codders,

What sort of interesting kit are you likely to find in side the life raft. Also what are they made of. If its Hypalon it would be worth buying one for the material.

Errm. . . once inflated they're not much use to anyone (as an inflating liferaft anyway) Not sure I'd trust it for original purpose though.

Would also suggest that anyone who buys doesn't pull the cord in their living room! Just found size for another 20-man - 12 ft sq or so.

I thought they were inflated during service? Couldn't they could be deflated again and taken for service?
