I think this is cheating - if I have to lie on my back in some uncomfortable contorted position to rewire something, so should they!!!

I agree it's a right pain, I wish more manufacturers would consider this when building and designing ribs, a large access point with a seal on the other side for easier access would be a bonus in my opinion when considering which rib to buy. Some ribs better than others in this respect. And as for self tapping screws don't get me started. LOL

I really wish I'd had the console supplied loose on my new Humber when I bought it. installing the under deck trunking and wiring would have taken far less time and pain. Next time I guess.
