Circumnavigation of Denmark in a 4M RIB

Hi

As the title says. Planning a circumnavigation of Denmark (Kiel-> Cuxhaven or the other way round) either 2017 or 2018 in my 4M Searider.

My questions would be

A: Has it been done before in a RIB
and if so B: Can it be done in a 4M Searider?(Weather permitting ofc.)

Some people did it this year (searching Denmark should find it fairly recently). I am sure others have done it before them. In the right weather and with enough time it should be feasible in a SR4 (but it's a much bigger physical effort in a small boat). As always with long distance voyages the logistical planning around fuel will be critical.

I did now find and read the Denmark thread, but there wasn't much information in it unfortunately about said fuel situation. People have done Round Scotland in a SR4, and the Baltic sea should be much calmer than scottish waters.

Its the west side I'm slightly worried about. Trying to get it done summer next year...

Do not underestimate the Baltic Sea if you slightly worry about the west side of Denmark at first!
The layout of the waves is not as high as on the west side, but more kind of sqare and they follow closer together.
It seams to be calmer...but especially with a nice wind from the east side over 2-3 day´s, not calm any more, and they hit you from port side if you circumnavigate clockwise.
Could be more destroying for physicals and material.
If, i would plan that for july or august, not that cold not that windy......mostly!!!
