cleaning off paint

Hi all, wonder if anyone can help, just bought a white rib and it has been painted, badly, on the top of the tubes, unfortunatly they have got paint on all of the the black rubber items any ideas for cleaning it off, the paint is not new.

John,

Firstly welcome!

Assuming youy are talking the bits that fix lifelines or grab handles kind of thing? I had a similar problem, and basically pumped the toobs as hard as they would go and gently / carefully used a blunt paint scraper. A bit time consuming, but it worked.
