Cleaning tubes

Hey guys. When I bought my rib it has some discoloration in a few spots. I think it may be mold because the guy I bought it from had it stored for a couple years and never used it. I tried just regular soap and water with a sponge but it doesn't work on the stains. Any products you guys would recommend trying out?

DETTOL® Complete Clean Mold and Mildew Remover | All Purpose Cleaner for deep clean

I tried all sorts - but this dettol stuff is the only thing I found works on mold stains. All theother stuff seems to shirt dirt and fading ...but not the mold.

Pics?
