Hi there sorry if i repeating what other people have said, but i was wondering if a charterd boat is classed as a commerical boat?

...unless there is some specific reason for asking? e.g. if you bareboat charter a boat for pleasure purposes I don't think that would entitle you to avoid paying duty on fuel?
