Condition of fiberglass and transom as shown in photos?

Wondering if there are any fiberglass experts that wouldn't mind sharing their expertise with regards to the attached photos. The RIB is 25 years old and seems to be in really good shape on the outside but this is what I have take photos of within the hull.

What concerns me the most are the photos of the transom boards but it looks like the fiberglass never adhered in the first place but was just left as is.
