Hi guys as I'm doing up console I'm looking for ideas as to what else I could add to console? I've already bought myself fixed vhf, garmin 551, the boat came with basic fishfinder and dial for trim and I think revs?

Handrails and cups holders.
RPM gauge is a must.

12v power socket.
Also handy to have one of these in a dry locker inside the console, for charging phones, VHF, etc.
edit: A dry locker, too. Can use one of those hatches with a bag inside if you're short on space.

Then I would suggest to fit a fire extinguisher in a recess box....

Console's getting crowded. Time for a cigarette. Might free up some space.

I hope you're not hitting the old Artois a bit heavy when out on the ocean wave?
I've had a few nasty bites off that stuff.

Carbon fiber helm cover, and a handheld (beer) holder.
I'm running out of room though.
Cheers, Squid

Compass ?
Not as important as beer can holders and ashtrays however perhaps something to be considered.
Also a fuel computer if you can fit one.

I think I'd probably want the handheld attached to me for when I go overboard.
