Cover repair

Hi, Does anybody know a good workshop who does small cover repair...I got 3-4 feet of the edge of the cover which can do with sewing a nice piece of it and some eyelets..... Ideally in the Portsmouth, Gosport, Southampton area... cheers Huib

I cant wait to get back on the water either, that photo looks like an amazing days boating ahead! Around boats with shorts on! That's a luxury that I don't normally get!

Some shorts in the background - Cant beat the feeling of boating in shorts, stopping off for a swim, drying off instantly then boating back especially in the UK.

I used Covercare in Emsworth to repair my cover a few weeks back as it had been battered by the storms. Speedy turnaround and couldn't fault the work

If the cover is towards it's end of life, I would recommend just using some iron on patches. They work great for fixing long tears and cost only a little bit of money. Most everyone has an iron too.

The rest of the cover is fine.. will take it into cover care and see if I need a mortgage. ..

bit of a drive to Lyminton - but great guys.

I'd never used them before - dropped off the Shearwater cover to them one day , picked it up the next and they ( although they didn't know me) were happy to send an invoice to be paid later.

They also made the cover for my Avon .
