Top night
Seen the typhoon a few times but you never get used to the extreme noise and experience of a fly past with the afterburners lit.
Oh, lot of boats, great fireworks and a interesting journey home in the dark 😳 Lol
Till next year

for those who did not get a chance to see the RAF Typhoon aircraft and the fireworks here are a few photos. We managed to get on the floating mooring just about in front of Cowes Yacht Haven. The music entertainment was good and helped to kill the time till the fireworks started. Once the fireworks got underway we headed for the entrance of Medina. this gave us a full front view of the display. Heading back to Southampton Dry Stack in the dark was an experience. the seas were calm so no issue . there were lots of blue flashing lights so a good control was maintained to ensure the imposed speed limit was respected. All in all a good evening out on the water
