Where can I buy D-RING patches?

My boat has an airdeck, not a fiberglass hull, so I hope people will still answer my question.

I want to buy 4 d-ring patches to glue to the floor. I will then put straps through and use this to hold the fuel tank down. I have found hypalon ones but I think the floor is pvc, is there anyone who sells them online?

Any other ways securing the fuel tank?

Polymarine http://www.polymarine.com/They do all sorts of parches and sell glue etc. On my Zodiac there were already rings to attach the fuel tank.
