Dartmouth marina for overnight stay?

I’m taking my (8m) rib to the West Country for the a couple of weeks and plan to stop for the night in Dartmouth. Any recommendations for a marina where I can leave it overnight? Needs to be secure as I will leave a fold-up tender and outboard onboard and would prefer it still to be there in the morning! Thanks in advance.

In our sailing yacht we normally just use the harbour masters' visitor pontoons on the quay side just up river from the commercial/ferry/trip boat dock and have never had any problems - they have (or still had last year) security coded gates, so there was no general public access. I'd also expect there to be loads of yachts with people staying onboard overnight, maybe adding an additional layer of security.

Otherwise the obvious two marina options are DartHaven and DartMarina. Depending on where you're staying (assuming not onboard), DartHaven is on the East side of the river, and you need to use the ferry (or tender) to cross into town. Dart Marina is further up the river but on the town side, so maybe slightly easier access, although a longer walk.

5 options:
Darthaven Marina at Kingswear secure, walk ashore - 2 pubs in thevillage - Dartmouth over the Lower / Passenger Ferry

DartNav visitor pontoons - will need tender / water taxi to get ashore & back

DartMarina - just above Higher Ferry Dartmouth side - secure, walk ashore

Noss Marina - upriver from higher Ferry - Kingswear side. Secure, walk ashore. C. 1/2 mile walk to Higher Ferry to Dartmouth, 15 mile walk to Kingswear

Various B&B in Dartmouth - Ship in Dock v. good

Visitor buoys at Dittisham - tender to shore Ferryboat pub / Anchorstone cafe to eat - not sure about B&B.

Dart Marina I found a tad expensive, they tried and succeded in getting two dart Harbour Dues out of us. We arrived one evening and left the next morning???

Also is the fuel barge and eatery still moored up in the centre of the estuary??

Fuel Barge is still there.

Res Nova - the floating restaurant & hotel, went years ago....I think they found the hull was no longer sound.

VERY TWEE
Not the friendliest either....I wouldn't say they were necessarily Sailing oriented Snobs with an overbearing sense of entitled financial extraction.
Although I might understand if someone did get that impression.
A lot better places to stay
The Barge was great....you could tie alongside pay no Harbour fees Have a decent meal and Head off...even had accomdstion in the latter years. Sadly I thinks it's no longer going..?
