Dartmouth Royal Regatta 25th to 28th Aug - Mark laying help required

Hello,

We've had one of our team drop out last minute and are looking for a boat and crew to help with mark laying at Dartmouth Royal Regatta.

We're covering fuel to get boat to and from the event, all fuel used at event, B&B accommodation , lunches and beer vouchers ( yes actual vouchers ) for helm and crew.

Launching boats on the afternoon of Wed 24th August, recovery in the afternoon of the 28th. Mark laying on the 25th to 28th, probably 2 races per day starting around 10am, finished by 4pm (more like 1pm on the Sunday)

Secure car and boat parking off site. Boat moored at Royal Dart Yacht Club in Kingswear. B&B Accommodation (nights of the 24th to 27th) also in Kingswear.

You would be working as part of the mark laying team for the inner course - small yachts and keelboats - with another experienced NER boat and crew.

Ideally looking for a 5.5m or larger boat with helm with some mark laying experience - i.e. able to go to gps ref / drive on distance and bearing from committee boat and throw things over the side.

If you are available and want to get involved, please send me an email will@northernexposurerescue.org.uk

Sorry for the short notice, thanks
Will
