Safety flip flops are the way to go.
'tit gear' is gear that makes you look a tit. You don't wear those rubber perforated turd things do you?

I don't know about other heath boards but they are banned throughout mine for infection control purposes and anti static precautions around anaesthetic gases. The nurses aren't allowed to wear them.
Plus they look stoopid

I must admitt that Crocs aren't the best designer shoes to wear, but must be pretty comfortable.
These Sharx look to be a cross between crocs and trainers. These don't look too bad. Clicky

yes i wear them , they are the best ever for water shoes , and I have tried them all over the years , working teaching kayaking etc all week .not just for a days pottering at the weekend .
They dry faster than anything else which helps prevent your feet getting sore ,
give a bit of protection to you toes over the rocks
easily kicked off if you are swimming
they float
they don't make your feet sweat or stink .
They are the cheapest
havin spent a fiver and with no footrot Iam happy to look stoopid
Only downside is they are not the best grip on a slimy slip , but what is ?

Its fair to say that crocs are not high fashion, and I only wear them in the summer when the last thing you want to be lumping around in are sodding wellies. Besides I don't think Durbarry shamrocks would match my thong.

Walking on water, I like the Idea of that
But why go for 150's, there are much bigger engines on the market

Clogs on parade Now that I'd like to see!
Do you think they wear em whilst flying their Tornados around, might explain why so many of them crash

andy
get a nice orange pair....you wont lose them then
i must admit i thought crocs were a bit dodgy looking until i purchased a pair and found how amazingly comfy and practical they are.... and when around water i dont think there is anything handier.
they do of course do them in " stealth " colours !

Do you get the problem of sand and grit being carried into them through the slots and then cutting into your feet???

if walking along the beach then yes but you would get that with various shoes, you can get a bit of rubbing from the sand if you are not careful. but a quick rinse does the trick.
