[emoji106] Been speaking with Nugent, he is a deck master!! He has done loads of decks including Humber, uses eDecks (meranti marine ply to BS1088). Very helpful chap. I think I’ll be ordering from eDecks this morning [emoji106] (but do carry on this discussion - I find it very interesting!)

Much easier! Though if I have a shape to go around that is already cut I cut the glass to match forst then lay it - very sharp scissors help with that!

My thinking right or wrong is when you cut the hole after glassing over is the glass is right on the cut you only need to seal inside the hole then using primer it will soak right into the cut, good call by Craig on nugent his work is on another level IMO.

you want to try and get 25 boards on a flat extension roof 3 stories high when the hoist packs in!
As a matter of interest, how much per sheet?

Would have loved to have claimed that Jeff, but it was a very benign day not a breath of air!

Fortunately not, but we did have to hand ball them!
Good price delivered.
Hope we will all get to see pictures at each stage of the refurb.

Absolutely! I’ll keep updating the rebuild thread with new pictures on the build - it will be a brand new boat bar tubes which will be done in a year or two. Putting allot of good stuff on it
