dirty fuel tank 2

further on from the original quest i wondered what sort of tank (dirty) i have. it cant be seen or got to without cutting through the deck.
is it steel, as the repaireres suggest. or another material ? what a pity it cant be easily changed.
any suggestions glady received. all contributions will go towards the new church roof
