Sounds obscene but anyway......My dinghy is about 20 years old. It came with my small trawler that I bought used. The black oar locks are disintegrating in that of you touch them the black gets all over your arms and clothes. Is there anything reasonable that I can do to stop this?
I saw some tire paint but that only comes in 5 gal. pails.
