Hi, I’m looking at a 5m 70hp RIB which doesn’t have the best seating arrangement as it is secondhand. So I was wondering if I could install diy seating and flooring, is this possible to do? Also I would like to paint it a different coulour myself aswell. Is this all possible doing myself?

RIBase
Ribtecer has also been refurbishing a RIB on here.

You could buy the seating and install it or build the seating from scratch. The flooring is often plywood that is fibreglassed.

Diy

Hi.

There is plenty of really good info and posts about this within the forum. I am also doing a rework project on a rib and have found everything I need on here or from posting a question which the group then answers.

Good luck!
