DIY service of 10yo valves?

Got an old caribe halkey roberts type of valves on the boat.

I know the boat isnt leaking but she does go a little soft in the cold after a month in the garage.

Ive been told valves are often to blame with age.

Do they need servicing and if so is it a hard job without destroying them? (as i dont think they are easy to replace here).

In my old zodiac which wasnt push pull, it was the rubber biscayne that was the problem and just needed cleaning and aligning. Im wondering if its a similar job.

Just make sure the cap gaskets are clean and not crazed.

More than likely, it is just a case of temperature change. When temperature decreases, so does tube pressure. When temperature increases, so does tube pressure.
