Went to dive today in Bracelsham bay has anybody ever used the slip there?
The local rescue service drop you in with there tractor which is free. the only thing is that it faces south-west and has the prevailing wind coming straight on shore and the waves just drop in back of your boat.
While recovering the boat got full with seawater which made getting onto the trailor very difficult
Most stupid site I have ever seen for launching is near Llanelli - great slip - nice jetty - plently of car parking - all you could want BUT the council have built a new road past and blocked off ALL access so you can't get to it.............
..........after lunching at El Nacho, my local Mexican restaurant in Abersoch. To be honest I think it was a combination of too much Tequilla and not enough Fahitas which did it. Anyway, one to watch out for.
