Doe anyone know about Marshall Ribs?

Hi I have a Marshall 60 and I would like to know some information please,
what material are they made of? I have a small scuff on the rear and although no leaks I would like to get it patched up, the boat is orange and th scuff is white if that helps!!?
I notice the floor inside is solid and the hull has no drain below the cockpit floor line, what is between the floor and the hull? is it foam filled? I have no issues with it but it does seem to be strange that there isn't a drain for between these layers as it could get water in through something like a screw hole etc over time, and I wondered if anyone had made a hole in the floor and fitted a pump or anything in case, or should this just be left? I had a dory once which had foam between the hull and floor, it got water in and I could never get it out! it weighed a ton!!!
is there any way of telling the year of the boat?
Any help would be amazing as google has been quite useless!!
thanks all
