I'll need about 10m of waterfront, but anyone else can tie up alongside me as those funny squashy things round your boats should act like a fender.

Update
Turns out it was not a chance recording but more an expert doing his job. A geologist filmed this whilst at work expecting it to happen.
Still amazing though!
