I've had a 'Marine Floor' (not very well known in UK but prevalent in Europe, lots of the services use them, Navy, Police, RNLI equivalent etc) drive on dock installed this year and now that I have learnt how to drive on and off it is brilliant. Takes a bit of practice though - especially in a cross wind, to get it on. If I could figure out how to post pics I would put them up.

Boat is much more useable - 5 minutes and you are away. Keeps the family happy who always used to protest at the amount of time launching / recovering etc.

Paid around 4K for mine installed.

My boat is located in the Adriatic Sea and the barnacles on the downside of the tubes (the antifouling on the hull works perfect) are driving me crazy.
As I want to avoid antifouling on the tubes I am thinking of other solutions.
The last idea is to connect two big (60cm x 150cm) inflatable superyacht fenders with some ribbon and place them under the boat.
After inflating them with my electrical Bravo pump the tubes should be out of the water.
A used superyacht fender is about 50 €
