Dropping RIB off trailer in garden

I know this subject has been touched on before, but I thought I'd do a refresher. I needed to adjust the trailer rollers & not having a convenient launch to hand, this is how I do it.

1. Fix to boat to a solid, hopefully immovable object
2, remove all straps & winch, drive slowly forward pulling the trailer out from under the boat.
3, as soon as the transom clears the trailer, place well padded blocks under the transom.
4, drive further forward, blocking as you go.
5, clear the trailer from the boat.
6, to replace the boat onto the trailer, back the trailer up to the boat & attach the winch, put vehicle in neutral & handbrake off. Attach winch & winch the trailer back under the boat pulling the vehicle with it. Remove the blocks as you go.

Bearings & brakes are just dandy thanks Jeff. Just done a 3500 mile round trip, over mountains, launching, 40+ degree heat, never missed a beat. Tows like a dream.

What GVW it has ? I'm looking for 2 axle 1500 kg GVW

I have lost bearing in one wheel this year.
Lucky me after I was back from Greece I went for trailer service.
All spheres were still OK but housing was in pieces.
Probably few hundred more km and I will lost wheel so I'm thinking about 2 axle now.
Unfortunately Brenderup not offers 2 axle in GVW below 2000 kg

Sorry for OT but nice trailer you have.

It's a 2750kg, but the trailer GVW is irrelevant, it's only the actual weight that matters

Sorry but rules in Poland and Austria are different than in UK
1. GVW of the car + GVW of the traler <= 4250 (driving licence B96)
2. GVW of the trailer can't exceed GVW of the trailer in car plate / documents
3. On the end you can't exceed real weight over GVW

So based on rules 1 and 2 I can't have trailer having GVW bigger than 1550 kg and of course real weight.
So when Police stop me in Poland or Austria they usually check documents not real weight. In Austria they checked also real weight.

I which case, the trailer manufacturer can de-rate the trailer & plate it accordingly.
