Okay back to Wrekindaves question, id go for Neoprene seals every time i find it more comfortable on long trips, make sure you have room for extra clothing underneath if you intend to use your rib all year round. its the most expensive thing you will probably buy after your rib
Buy a good quality one happy hunting

Like its been said from the £270 upwards mark you won't go far wrong you can go even higher... a lot higher but for normal ribbing and fishing the ones put forward to you on here are more than adequate for the job.

Also most sellers provide a size chart on there websites.
