I can add another vote for Northern Diver Rock Swim boots...
I've just snagged a pair and they're lovely!

Good tread, lots of support. They're basically a nice combat boot that you can get wet.

There are quite a few "drysuit rock boots" on eBlag at the moment for reasonable prices. I'd guess most of them would be fine for RIBing and going over the socks of a drysuit.
