What's happened? looks like the boat went back East to Plymouth according to the tracking then home by road or am I reading it wrong?

I am guessing that they are re-positioning by road for to-morrow's leg.

Seems odd going all the way back to Plymouth by sea then home by road, still I'm not a race boat driver so maybe that's the way they do it, I'm just glad I'm not paying for the fuel

Again guessing, maybe boat recovery et Newlyn would have been difficult, as is the road trail from there to Exeter, so it was probably easier to go by sea to Plymouth and lift-out there, also reducing the road journey.
