eBay adjustable a frame

Has anyone brought one of these? Are they any good?
Thinking may be easier than getting the one that came with my osprey repaired

I am a TIG welder and I've had to fit three or four of these now for people who have bought them on eBay. They never fit anything without me having to fabricate various mounting brackets / feet etc to raise them up. Usually have to put extra brackets on rear hoop to tie it to transom to stop them rattling around.

The angles are wrong to my eyes as well, they always look too upright when installed.
