D Cooper
I secured a CCJ against him a couple of years ago (unpaid )as the outboard he sold was damaged. Your thread was posted less than a year ago which surprised me, is this D Cooper still trading do you know?

D Cooper
If this guy is still trading I can enforce my CCJ, I assumed he had done a runner in view of the web complaints including complaints on Ebay.

This D Cooper is back on EBay as outboardmotorseurope although he said it wasn't his company he replied to my EBay message by return at 10pm so doubt that story. I have given him 7days to clear the County Court Judgement I secured against him.

The attitude of D K Cooper three years ago was stunning when I secured a CCJ against him (unpaid), based on current exchange of Emails via EBay his attitude has not changed one iota, this is an extract “Feel free to pay bailiff to visit Outboard Motors Europe Limiteds premises at the address listed, i dont own it, im not any legal entity and i put no money in. He wont get far trying to take the Fiesta in my name as its only worth £500 and my work transport!
Humility and reconciliation is not on his radar and he seems to invite conflict so I may oblige.

If your judgement is for £600 or more (including court fees) then transfer it up to the High Court and get some decent bailiffs onto it.
Magistrates Court bailiffs are generally hopeless but High Court Enforcement Officers are paid on results

Thanks for that but could be expensive and this guy is penniless if I believe what he said. May still be worth it in order to protect others from him. Would like to know if anyone got a good word for him on this site?????
