Has it fallen off a trailer? It's definitely Pennel Orca yellow so no problem on the colour match, it's just a case of getting the rest of the tube to look as good as the new bit!

As it's a 5.5 it should be 5 chamber so there's a Bulhead to be rebuilt, I would estimate £650 ish.

My guess is that it slipped it's moorings in a big storm and got bashed up on an Oil terminal dolphin or something like that!
If its 650 to fix the toobs 200 for the transom and say 300 to fix the seat does it still represent good value.?
