Ensigns

Hi folks,
I recently bought a polyester, sewn, red ensign to fly from my A frame. The problem is, doing 30kn into 15kn of wind has started to shred it.

Which are the hardest wearing?
What do others have?

Cheers,
Tim

They all shred. I gave up with expensive ones.I now just use the cheap printed ebay specials if I can be bothered to fly one.

Oddly, my Jolly Roger has stayed intact for years, but it's on thicker fabric than any ensign I've seen. It's almost like thin canvas.
