Use the ore/alde for ribbing on and lovely place it can be. Don’t like that v dodge slipway at levington, good luck to you guys who use it, you’re certainly braver then me.

Cheers Dave j

That slipway is fun reversing down but once the rib is in the water the moorings are either side and there's plenty of space

Hi we generally launch out of Brightlingsea. The Park and Ride is great for not getting the car muddy. Occasionally use Levington but always use the cable to avoid going down the slipway. Also race a Melges sportsboat from Levington too. Know Rivers Orwell, Stour, Colne and Blackwater well. Popped around to the Deben last year with a mate from Levington which was a nice trip. Some nice pubs to go to if tides are right. Green Man at Bradwell, Pier at Harwich etc.

Its gone up £5 to £205 per year

Ive only been up to Fox's boat yard and back so far this year.

I managed to launch with the help of the missus. The hardest part has to be reversing down such a steep gradient. You can't see where your going

If any of us in the area post when we plan on going out we should be able to arrange a trip or two.

Blakey
