Has anyone on this forum had work carried out by Eurocraft they are currently doing some work on my boat and come very highly recommended?
When I took the boat to them they could not have been more helpful bearing in mind they are only carrying out in terms of what they do a very small amount of work on the boat they still took the time to talk to me to find out exactly what I wanted a service that’s sadly lacking these days if anyone’s interested I will keep them posted on how the work turns out but if anyone has experience of this company I would appreciate there comments.

Eurocraft are excellent. In the dealings I've had with them, they go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied.
Chris even came in and opened the factory up last Sunday to fit in with my schedule. Top man.

Milan, Eurocraft tubed our present rib, and the one before that and we have been very pleased with their work. Give our regards to Dave and Chris when you next see them.

Hi
I had Eurocraft retube my searider
Sent it up to them and had it collected 6 weeks later
it looked great except for the bow which was twisted to one side
They offered to collect it but I took it back as it fitted in with visiting customers and I wanted to see their setup
collected it 10 days later with a patch on the bow as agreed to make it look right to the eye and it = double thickness bow
used it a couple of times and the patch started to lift and bubble
Called Dave and they offered two options
I could keep it until the end of the season so that I could use it and they would then sort it or they would collect it and sort it asap
I chose the later and they collected it removed the tubes replaced the bow sections and returned it in about 3 weeks
looking great(must of been about 500 miles of towing for them)
so it took a while but we got there and they provided the support backup that you would expect and yes I would use them again
James

Sounds like good news James judging by the response so far it seems there a company that will go the extra mile to help a customer just about to pm. Stul
I think he may have a differant opinion.

I understand yy ribquest LR 5.8 had its tubes made and fitted by Eurocraft. Check with ribquest, but I understand eurocraft fit tubes to all Ribquest boats. Mine have been no problem.
